Amenity Key Fobs

Key Fobs can be picked up on Fridays at the FirstService Residential office located at

25115 W. Avenue Stanford, Suite B - 200, Santa Clarita, 91355

Key fobs are for those who own or rent a home in the Valencia Master Community Association. The key fobs will give residents access to all of the Valencia Master amenities such as the pool, spa, firepits, restrooms and BBQ's.

If you are the first owner of your home, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary key fobs. After closing escrow, please email elizabeth.ward@fsresidential.com to make your appointment. Please bring your photo ID AND settlement statement, title deed, or recorded grant deed. There is a maximum of two (2) key fobs per household. If lost, stolen, or damaged, a replacement may be purchased at the non-refundable rate of $50.00 per key fob.

If you have purchased your home from a previous owner, they are responsible for passing on the two (2) key fobs onto you. If they have not done so, after closing escrow, you may make an appointment with our Lifestyle Coordinator and purchase replacement key fobs at $50.00 each by check, money order, or cashier’s check. Please bring your photo ID AND settlement statement, title deed, or recorded grant deed. These will be required from the owner listed on the title in order to purchase key fobs.

Homeowners are required to register all tenants and/or renters to Valencia Master by completing page 2 of the Key Fob Request Form. In addition to this form, you must also provide a copy of the homeowner’s photo ID, tenant’s ID, and Lease Agreement. This process needs to be completed before tenants meet the Lifestyle Coordinator.
