Architectural Design Review
Homeowners are required to submit rear and side yard landscape plans for approval within 120 days of the close of escrow date and must complete approved improvements of yards within 1 year of the close of escrow. When you begin to plan your improvements, please refer to the Design Guidelines.
Design Review Timeline
Submit your Architectural Application within 120 days after Close of Escrow.
Wait for approval from the Community Design & Review Team BEFORE starting any work.
After receiving approval, install your yard per the approved plan in preparation for the Notice of Completion.
After the work is complete, take color pictures and submit with your Notice of Completion.
Notice of Completion is approved within 1 year after Close of Escrow.

This orientation is provided for all homeowners who may have questions regarding the Valencia Master Community Association’s architectural submittal and review process.
Please join us at 5:00 pm via Zoom. This event is for homeowners in the Master Association only. If you live in a sub-association, please reach out to your management company for architectural details.

still attend the meeting starting at 5PM for a general overview of the application process.
