Valencia Master Community Association now has maps available that indicate designated fire lanes throughout the community.  Keeping these fire lanes clear of obstructions is highly critical for the safety of our members, guests and property.

The fire lane maps are available for review below, and we encourage all residents and their guests to familiarize themselves with the designated fire lanes to facilitate emergency response and enhance overall community safety.

Parking or other types of obstructions in these areas poses a significant safety hazard.  Obstructions of these fire lanes may prevent access for emergency services or hinder resident's accessibility.  In order to maintain a safe environment for all residents, it has become necessary to implement towing measures for vehicles parked in fire lanes.

We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the no-parking zones designated as fire lanes. Please inform all guests and/or hired workers of the fire lanes. To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your vehicles are parked in approved parking spaces and not in areas marked as fire lanes.
