Frequently Asked Questions:

Our system will allow requests to be accepted and placed into a queue until one is confirmed. If you see partial hours, there are already requests in the queue for those times. The Association works on a first come, first served basis. The Association will allow only one reservation per amenity, per day, to allow for a sufficient turn over for the next reservation.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?

Please make sure your Contact email is updated on your Connect Resident Portal. Your login email is different than your contact information, so please check both!

What does a completed application include?

A filled out VAMC Facility Rental Agreement, one-day event insurance, rental fee and deposit payments. If you intend to serve alcohol or use a bounce house, additional requirements include the VAMC Bounce House agreement as well as payment for the standing guard.

Where do I get insurance?

Please call your personal insurance company to see if they provide one-day event insurance. You may also google one-day event insurance companies. Unfortunately, the Association cannot make any recommendations for third party vendors.

Do I need insurance?

Yes, insurance coverage is required for use of any Master Association recreational amenities as provided in the Facility Use Agreement. Proof of insurance must be provided to Management as required by the Facility Use Agreement. FAILURE TO DO SO SHALL OPERATE AS A CANCELLATION OF THE OWNER’S RESERVATION AND A FORFEITURE OF THE RENTAL FEE.

If alcohol is to be served at any function at any of the Master Association facilities, the Owner reserving the facility must provide an insurance rider (Certificate of Insurance) in form and content acceptable to Management, naming the Valencia Master Community Association AND FirstService Residential as Additional Insureds, and providing liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $1,000,000.000.

Is it free to reserve?
