Sub-Associations

Some homes in Valencia Master are also in a sub-association that will take care of more specific common area items, such as building maintenance or a building's surrounding landscape. If you live in a sub-association, you pay a Valencia Master Assessment and a sub-association assessment. See below for information regarding your specific sub-association and who you should contact when a need arises. All sub-association supporting documents are given to homeowners at the time of close of escrow. A request for additional documents can be made by contacting the Property Managers below.
