Civil Code permits the Association to provide general notices to the membership which are posted online on the Digital Bulletin Board and the Resident Website. Minutes are available to residents once they have been signed by the Board of Directors. Please log in to your Resident Portal to view more.

Valencia Board of Directors Meetings are held on the second Wednesday at 3:30 PM every quarter unless otherwise noted. Homeowners are welcome to join the Open Session Board Meetings. The Next Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, August 27th 2024 at 3:30 PM. For Meeting Details, please see your HOA emails or log in to your resident website.

Facility & Maintenance Notifications - July 2023

9/8/23 - Confluence Park: Confluence Park Pool Facility is closed through September 10th due to a health hazard.
9/1/23 - Confluence Park: Confluence Park key fob system is not communication and fobs received after 8.17 may be not grant access. Maintenance is working with the appropriate vendors to correct this promptly.
8/18/23 - Confluence Park: Confluence Park Pool Umbrellas will be stored during the storm
7/26/23 - Garden Home: Fire pit and BBQs have had the gas shut off for a maintenance issue. The technician will be onsite shortly.
7/23/23 - Confluence Park: Confluence Park Pool Facility is closed through the morning of July 25th due to a health hazard.
7/19/23 - East Link Park: We ask that all residents use caution on Friday, July 21st , at East Link Park while the maintenance team completes their quarterly service of the misters.
7/10/23 - Confluence Park: the pool vendor onsite to vacuum the Jr. Olympic Pool for glass and another vendor to be onsite to clean up glass on the pool deck near the ADA chair lift. Glass containers are prohibited in the pool area for the safety of all residents using the facilities.
7/3/23 - Confluence Park: Items that are left unattended at the facility may be moved by the day porter to allow guests who wish to actively use the facility
