HOA Assessments

Valencia Master Community Association is the master association. Assessments are collected monthly from each homeowner to cover the operating expenses of the common area and provide reserve funds for the replacement of common facilities in future years. Valencia Master maintains the common area landscape, irrigation, lighting, pools and spas, buildings, and other common area items in need of maintenance or repair. During the buildout, the HOA assessments fluctuate each month within the range of assessments. Please reference your HOA statement for the exact amount.

Once your escrow company sends in the closing paperwork to FirstService Residential, your name will appear on your account and a statement will sent to the billing address provided at escrow. This process takes four to six weeks. If you don't receive the statement after the six weeks, please contact the Customer Care Center at 1-800-428-5588. Payments are due on the 1st of the month and late if not received by the 15th of each month.

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT

FirstService Residential provides a safe and easy way to pay your monthly assessment automatically at no extra cost.
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to pay your monthly association fees electronically. This electronic system uses the Federal Reserve System’s Automated Clearing House (ACH) to facilitate your monthly payment and ensures that your association fees are paid on time.

E-Statements

Did you know that e-Statements allow homeowners to easily view their monthly assessment records in a secure and convenient environment? After registering for e-Statements, homeowners will be notified via email when a new monthly statement becomes available.

Ready to switch to e-Statements? Follow the steps below to register.

  1. Please click Here to sign up for e-statements and select “Register Here”. Enter the basic account information from your most recent statement. Your account number will begin with two zeros and have a total of eight digits: 00XXXXXX.

  2. Set up your password and security question.

  3. A verification email will be sent to the email address you provide. Please click the link in the email to complete the registration process.

  4. To view your statements, select the month and year that correlates to the statement you wish to view. You may download the statement to a PDF format.
